Here at Baja Designs, customer satisfaction is at our company’s core. Baja Designs gives you\u00a030 days<\/a>\u00a0to determine whether you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have concerns or questions or need assistance with a product, please get in touch with us before returning it. We have found that when a product is not working as expected, a few adjustments or corrections can often set things right.<\/p>

For all returns, whether warranty-related or otherwise, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from our Returns Department and included with the returned shipment. Product Exchange Policy: <\/strong>Baja Designs handles all product exchange requests directly, regardless of where the item was purchased, with valid proof of purchase. We offer exchanges for unused items within 90 days from the original invoice date.<\/p>

 Exchanges are limited to one-to-one replacements only<\/strong>. The replacement item(s) must be the same product as the original purchase. A different color option of the same item(s) is acceptable (Ex, LP9 Pro, Spot, Clear exchanged for LP9 Pro, Driving Combo, Baja Amber). We do not offer exchanges for different products, upgrades, or substitutions under this policy.<\/p><\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Returning a Product:<\/strong> If Baja Designs is deemed responsible for any error, a prepaid return label will be provided; otherwise, you are responsible for all shipping charges. Baja Designs is not responsible for missing, lost, or damaged items during transit. Carefully package and ship items to:<\/p>

Lost or Stolen Package:  <\/strong>Once an order leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Baja Designs is not responsible for packages lost in transit by the carrier. However, we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation when applicable.<\/p>

We reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements for shipments deemed lost due to carrier error.<\/p>\n

Inspection:<\/strong> Processing times can take anywhere between 2-3 business days. Items received without an RMA number will not be processed. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied for the following reasons:<\/span><\/p>
